We focus on acquiring retail and multifamily product in the Western United States for our portfolio.  Terranado Realty Partners is a long-term investor with an average investment horizon of 3 to 5 years.  We focus on acquiring properties in two product segments: multifamily and retail.  Properties acquired are located in urban infill and suburban locations in primary and secondary markets.    

Existing product acquired is only multifamily.  For future development, we acquire retail and multifamily development sites (unentitled or entitled) which generally are raw land, or value-add type plays.  We acquire properties for our own portfolio, but also welcome JV opportunities.
